Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Medical Scheduler will manage appointment scheduling for patients while providing exceptional customer service and supporting patient care across imaging centers.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments for Spanish and English speaking patients
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance patient experience
• Support patient care across the network of imaging centers

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Call Center or Medical Experience is a plus
• Ability to train onsite and work remotely as needed
