Job Summary

To support quality healthcare delivery, the full-time Remote Bilingual Medical Scheduling Specialist will manage patient appointment scheduling, address general patient needs, and ensure accurate communication with clinical staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Completes accurate patient appointment scheduling across multiple clinics
• Receives and addresses inbound communications from clinicians, patients, and staff regarding scheduling needs
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements

Required qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or healthcare administration required
• 1-3 years of experience in physician/provider scheduling or call center operations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
