Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Russian Bilingual Virtual Assistant - Remote/WFH.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
• Ensure compliance of medical records through self-documentation attestation
• Update patient history and other pertinent health information

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
• Dedicated place at home for work with necessary equipment
