Bilingual Medicare Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Medicare Sales & Retention Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
• Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during peak times
• Serve as a consumer advocate, ensuring clients maximize savings and are not overpaying for insurance

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Recent insurance or call center experience preferred
• Ability to complete AHIP certification and additional onboarding requirements by a given deadline
• Sales experience beneficial but not required
