Bilingual Medicare Sales Agent

Job Summary

Bilingual Medicare Sales Agent will engage in a full-time remote role, making outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction, guide members through plan benefits, and assist with Medicare enrollments while advocating for clients in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
• Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products and cross-sell additional services
• Serve as a consumer advocate, ensuring clients maximize savings and are informed about SelectQuote's offerings

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to complete AHIP certification and onboarding requirements by a deadline
• Recent experience in insurance or call center environments preferred
• Sales experience beneficial but not required
