Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Medicare Fronter Specialist who will engage with inbound Medicare recipients.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information from Medicare recipients and assess their interest in available plans
• Pre-qualify callers to ensure they meet essential criteria for Medicare plans
• Transfer interested and qualified individuals to licensed Medicare agents for further assistance

Required Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Previous survey experience preferred
• Must reside in the US
• Pass a complete Felony and HIPPA background check
• Knowledge of Windows applications and typing skills are essential
