Bilingual Medication Therapy Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Medication Therapy Management Services (Bilingual)-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles and records inbound/outbound pharmacy calls with members, providers, and pharmacies, ensuring compliance with standards
• Educates members on the importance of completing annual comprehensive medication reviews and maintaining medication adherence
• Supports pharmacists and technicians in day-to-day operations and assists in achieving Medicare STAR ratings

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience, including call center or customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in developing and maintaining positive work relationships with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
• Health care industry experience is preferred
