Job Summary

Providing exceptional phone service and support, the remote Bilingual Member Care Advisor will handle inbound and outbound communications, assist clients with product inquiries, and document interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with members and providers across multiple channels
  • Educate members on health benefits and assist with product inquiries, changes, and billing issues
  • Document all member interactions in CRM software and meet established performance goals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
