Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate (MCA) - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member-centered support by answering inbound calls from English and Spanish-speaking members
  • Resolve core member issues, including explaining benefits coverage and connecting members to available programs
  • Leverage tools and resources to navigate systems, document interactions, and ensure quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls using VoIP phone systems
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software
  • Ability to work from a secure, distraction-free home office and complete a 3-week paid training period
