Bilingual Member Care Representative

Job Summary

To enhance member experiences, the full-time hourly Bilingual Member Care Representative will provide service functions and assist with account setups in a remote contact center environment, requiring fluency in Spanish and a commitment to member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and assist non-members in establishing accounts
• Identify and recommend financial solutions that meet members' specific needs
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and patience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
• Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution
• Experience in sales and cross-selling products or services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and capable of performing routine mathematical calculations
