Job Summary
To enhance member experiences, the full-time hourly Bilingual Member Care Representative will provide service functions and assist with account setups in a remote contact center environment, requiring fluency in Spanish and a commitment to member satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to members and assist non-members in establishing accounts
- Identify and recommend financial solutions that meet members' specific needs
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and patience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
- Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution
- Experience in sales and cross-selling products or services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and capable of performing routine mathematical calculations
