Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Member Experience Associate (Spanish/English) to enhance member engagement and program enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to new and existing members
  • Complete over 100 outbound calls daily and achieve enrollment and engagement targets
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
  • Experience with CRM and customer service tools, such as Insightly CRM and HubSpot
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work effectively
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and the ability to quickly absorb new information
  • Experience interacting with older adults is preferred
