Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist, D2Me (Bilingual - Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 70+ outbound calls/SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings
• Utilize data and technology to identify member needs, resolve inquiries, and schedule medical appointments
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining accurate system documentation

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role; healthcare experience preferred
• Proven success in fast-paced environments with strong time management skills
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and oral
• Proficient in digital platforms and internal systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
