Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to members, the full-time Bilingual Member Service Advocate will serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims while working remotely and ensuring member satisfaction through superior customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate members and caregivers about benefits and plan options while providing quality customer service
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone and email, accurately explaining benefits and resolving issues
  • Document transactions and follow up on member concerns to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
  • Prior experience with Medicare benefits, including Medicare Advantage Plans, preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
  • Proficient in data entry and general computer skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service
