Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative- Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist English and Spanish speaking callers with inquiries regarding membership and banking products
  • Perform member verification, review accounts, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity expectations
  • Collaborate with management and partners to resolve complex issues and support specialized digital, card, or loan transactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with knowledge of basic banking terminology preferred
  • 5 years of work experience or a combination of relevant experience and education (Associate's Degree or higher)
  • Experience in direct customer engagement or relationship management is required
  • Banking and/or fraud experience is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM platforms is preferred
