Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time temporary Bilingual Member Support Associate will engage with members via video, phone, and messaging channels, conducting Sensor Activation visits and troubleshooting technical issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct Sensor Activation visits with new members to ensure successful connectivity of required sensors
  • Engage with members throughout the day, providing real-time, solution-oriented support in a high-volume, queue-based environment
  • Document all interactions accurately and manage support cases within a ticketing system while maintaining quality and consistency
Required qualifications
  • Completed a post-secondary program
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proven ability to resolve technical issues in real time while delivering high-quality member experiences
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting productivity and quality targets
