Bilingual Mental Health Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Part Time Flex Mental Health Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members in setting and achieving personal health goals through regular touchpoints
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and refer members to higher levels of care when necessary
• Provide coaching support via text-based chat and video sessions in both French and English

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of two years of coaching experience, including six months under a qualified supervisor
• Board Certified as ICF-ACC, ICF-PCC, ICF-MCC, and/or NBC-HWC coach
• At least two years of relevant experience in the mental health industry
• Fluency in Google Suite and Zoom, with a private environment for video sessions
• Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
