Bilingual Mental Health Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Mental Health Support Practitioner to provide behavioral health care and wellness coaching to youth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured wellness coaching, including prevention, wellness promotion, and psychoeducation
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments, identifying users at risk and facilitating referrals
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with other professionals on safeguarding issues

Required Qualifications

• BA level mental health degree (e.g., Psychology or Social Work) or MA level mental health degree (not licensed)
• National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist or equivalent certification
• Six months of experience as a crisis worker or volunteer in crisis support services
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Permanently reside within the US 48 contiguous states
