Job Summary

Coordinating patient appointments and providing essential information, the full-time Bilingual Mental Health Patient Coordinator will engage with patients and staff remotely, ensuring effective communication regarding services, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while adhering to practice protocols
• Communicate insurance benefits and financial obligations to patients and resolve billing inquiries
• Maintain and update patient information and collaborate with billing teams to address coverage issues

Required qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is required
• Experience with insurance eligibility
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
