Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Mental Health Support Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured wellness coaching and develop individualized care plans for behavioral change
• Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and risk management
• Moderate user-submitted content and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• BA level mental health degree (e.g., Psychology or Social Work) or an MA level mental health degree (not licensed)
• Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist or similar
• Experience as a crisis worker or in providing crisis support services for at least six months
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Permanently reside within the contiguous United States
