Job Summary
To support a growing digital mental health service, the part-time Bilingual Mental Health Support Practitioner will provide structured wellness coaching, care coordination, and individualized care plans to youth aged 13-25, working remotely with a focus on promoting positive behavioral change.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver structured wellness coaching and behavioral health interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring for users, identifying those at risk of emotional or behavioral difficulties
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with other professionals on safeguarding issues while adhering to compliance and data protection policies
Required qualifications
- BA level mental health degree (e.g., Psychology or Social Work) or an MA level mental health degree (not licensed)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Six months of experience as a crisis worker or relevant volunteer experience providing crisis support services
- National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist or equivalent certification
- Permanently reside within the contiguous United States
