Job Summary
To support organizations in deploying AI-powered workplace tools, the remote Bilingual Microsoft 365 Copilot Consultant (English/Spanish) will serve as a trusted advisor, assist with deployment and onboarding, and conduct training sessions to enhance customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor during the Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption journey
- Support deployment, configuration, and onboarding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions
- Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and training programs for customers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, or digital workplace solutions
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online
- Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI productivity solutions
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or end-user enablement programs
