Bilingual Mortgage Loan Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant - Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Mortgage Banker by serving as the primary liaison among customers, internal operations support, realtors, and title companies
• Manage the Mortgage Banker pipeline and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure timely loan closures
• Prepare mortgage applications and disclosures, and provide exceptional service to borrowers and realtors/builders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, required
• 1+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant or Processor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
