Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

Review files from the Processing Assistant and ensure all documentation is complete before submission to Underwriting
Conduct Welcome calls/emails with borrowers to review conditions after files exit Underwriting
Manage actionable conditions and collaborate with Underwriting and Management to resolve issues

Qualifications:

Proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines
Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS
Strong understanding of TRID guidelines
At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
