• Ensure all loan files submitted to underwriting are complete and meet guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in processing loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Proven track record of closing loans without surprises
• Mastery of mortgage technology tools and document review
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
