Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Residential Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process complex residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and timely submission to underwriting
• Review and evaluate loan applications for completeness, debt-to-income, and loan-to-value limitations
• Act as a liaison between customers, Loan Officers, and Underwriters, addressing inquiries and ensuring adherence to mortgage regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 or more years of residential mortgage banking experience, including processing and/or underwriting
• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language
