Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor to support a group of Loan Officers in the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial documentation and manage the submission of complete loan packages to Underwriting
• Maintain a pipeline of loans and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders involved in the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages
• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience, particularly with Conventional and Government loans
• Experience managing a pipeline of 50+ loans and funding at least 20 loans per month
• Familiarity with loan origination systems, preferably Byte
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be open to overtime when necessary
