Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Residential Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process complex residential mortgage loans, ensuring completeness and adherence to investor guidelines
• Evaluate debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations
• Act as a liaison between Loan Officers and Underwriters, tracking closings and ensuring accurate reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 5 or more years of residential mortgage banking experience, including processing and/or underwriting (Required)
• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language (Required)
• Experience in analyzing and documenting mortgage loan applications
• Knowledge of compliance risks and mortgage regulations
