Job Summary

Experienced in mortgage processing, the full-time remote Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor will independently manage loan workflows, calculate self-employed income, and ensure timely closings while maintaining compliance with mortgage lending regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Independently calculate various types of self-employed income
• Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely loan closings, funding a minimum of 20 units per month
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, operations staff, and external parties to expedite the mortgage process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of current retail mortgage processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of TRID and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines
• Experience with LoanSoft LOS and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong computer and technology-related skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
