Bilingual Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor - English/Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, submit, and ensure loans are approved, closed, and funded with minimal involvement from Loan Officers
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates and monitoring loan progress
• Gather and verify borrower information, manage documentation, and ensure compliance before submission to underwriting

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) required
• Experience supporting multiple loan officers/originators
• Preferred experience with Encompass LOS
• Ability to manage up to 30 client loan files simultaneously
