Bilingual Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Processing a variety of loan types, the full-time Bilingual Mortgage Processor will manage data entry, maintain communication with stakeholders, and prepare loans for closing while ensuring compliance with company and investor guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data for new loans into the Loan Origination System and maintain communication with borrowers and stakeholders throughout the loan process
• Register loans, order necessary documentation, and review appraisal documentation as required by guidelines
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting required information and ensuring all conditions are met prior to scheduled closing dates

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and maintaining organization
• Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
