Bilingual Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Supporting a steady pipeline of mortgage loans, the full-time Remote Bilingual Mortgage Processor will manage the processing of loans from approved status through closing while maintaining communication with all parties involved in the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new loan data into the loan origination system and prepare initial disclosures
• Maintain communication with borrowers, loan originators, underwriters, and realtors throughout the loan process
• Collect documentation to clear underwriting conditions and coordinate with the Closing Department for timely file delivery

Required qualifications

• Mortgage processing experience with files from approved status through closing
• Experience with Conventional, Bond, FHA, Non-QM, and VA loans
• Proficiency in Encompass
• Spanish-speaking ability for effective communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
