Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Mortgage Servicing Agent will manage inquiries and resolve issues for clients in both Spanish and English while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to issues on first contact
• Maintain customer accounts, including resolving billing disputes and correcting payment errors
• Research and analyze customer problems that require follow-up beyond initial contact

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of relevant experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English at a business level
