Bilingual Network Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise network operations, the full-time Bilingual Network Engineer will manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, and voice infrastructure, while collaborating with teams across Latin America in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Network Architecture and Security teams on design reviews and implementation plans for network solutions
• Implement and maintain enterprise networking solutions, including Cisco routers, switches, and SD-WAN technologies
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting and maintaining network reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science, or 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, voice, and cloud connectivity
• Conversational fluency in both English and Spanish
• Proven experience collaborating with Network Architecture and Security teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills with networking hardware and software
