Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Patient Center Liaison Bilingual Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept in-bound calls, chats, and inquiry forms to ensure optimal patient service
• Schedule medical appointments and screen inquiries for prospective patients considering fertility treatment
• Maintain customer database and coordinate with offices to ensure a seamless transition for prospective patients

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in call center, healthcare front office, or patient scheduling
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
