Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time Bilingual Nurse Practitioner will provide urgent care via telehealth, develop clinical plans for patients with chronic conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provides urgent health care via telephone and tele video modalities to patients receiving home and community-based services
• Develops and implements clinical plans of care for adult patients facing chronic and complex conditions
• Maintains patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations and company standards

Required qualifications

• MS in Nursing
• Active national NP certification
• Valid, current, active, and unrestricted Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner license in Texas, Iowa, or Kansas
• Active RN Compact license
• 2+ years of experience in managing complex care cases
