Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner for Virtual Health Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment
• Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP
• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnosis, and treatment while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, or ENP from an accredited program
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Compact RN license and licensed in at least two specified states
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, speak)
