Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Onboarding Associate in a part-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the registration, scheduling, and rescheduling processes for new and existing patients
• Ensure accurate record management by obtaining and communicating relevant patient information
• Provide bilingual patient support (English/Spanish) for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations

Requirements

• 1 year of office administration experience required
• 1 year of call/contact center or high call volume experience preferred
• Proficient with Google Suite
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
