Key Responsibilities

• Manage tailored onboarding experiences for customers to ensure their success in achieving business goals
• Proactively support customers throughout the onboarding process using various communication methods
• Oversee ongoing onboarding projects with deliverables shared among multiple stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an onboarding/account management/client relationship role in the technology industry
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
• Experience delivering customized product education sessions via web conference software
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and a general understanding of the social media industry
• Project management experience
