A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, bilingual in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners to implement product lines and manage onboarding engagements
• Create and lead customer implementation plans, ensuring targeted milestones are met
• Provide post-activation guidance and training to ensure smooth transitions for customers

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Experience with COGS and inventory analysis in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industries
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals in customer interactions
