Job Summary

Bilingual Onboarding Consultants will work remotely in a full-time capacity, serving as relationship managers for restaurant clients during the onboarding phase of Toast Payroll, guiding them through setup and training while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities
  • Leverage product knowledge to create onboarding plans and ensure successful implementation of Toast Payroll for restaurant owners
  • Guide customers through initial onboarding steps and manage several onboarding projects for a large book of business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide post-live support, troubleshooting, and additional training as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual/fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
  • 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills
