Bilingual Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Workforce Success Specialist (English/French).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating required legal documentation
• Track and manage contractor assignments, including time and expense entry within VMS platforms
• Provide ongoing contractor care throughout assignments, including regular outreach and relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) - required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required)
• Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline (preferred)
