Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating required legal documentation
  • Track and manage contractor assignments, including time and expense entry within VMS platforms
  • Provide ongoing contractor care throughout assignments, ensuring a high-quality experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) - required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required)
  • Experience maintaining databases and managing contractor records
