Bilingual Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Managing high-volume onboarding processes, the part-time Bilingual Onboarding Specialist (French/English) will support contractor operations by validating documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating required legal documentation
• Initiate and monitor background check reports while assisting contractors with new hire paperwork
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track contractor assignments and maintain database integrity

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) - required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems
• Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline (preferred)
