Job Summary
Managing high-volume onboarding processes, the part-time Bilingual Onboarding Specialist (French/English) will support contractor operations by validating documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating required legal documentation
- Initiate and monitor background check reports while assisting contractors with new hire paperwork
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track contractor assignments and maintain database integrity
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) - required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems
- Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline (preferred)
