Bilingual Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Operations Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions related to billing and reimbursements
• Manage incoming claims and reimbursement requests, including complex cases
• Mentor and support the development of lower-level operations specialists

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field preferred
• Three to four years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare eligibility and billing procedures
• Comprehensive command of the Spanish language, with the ability to utilize it up to 50% of the time
• Proficient knowledge of end-user office software and proprietary healthcare systems
