Job Summary
To support the Patient Advocate team, the full-time remote Bilingual Orthodontic Contact Center Representative will manage patient inquiries, handle escalated calls, and consistently meet volume and quality targets while providing expertise in billing, collections, and insurance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a secondary point of contact to the Floor Captain and manage Salesforce and the message center
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with financially responsible parties, addressing technical support and insurance inquiries
- Lead team huddles and meetings while maintaining service levels and quality scores
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the orthodontic or dental industry, specifically with insurance
- Proven ability to deliver 100% customer satisfaction in high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to groups
- Demonstrated empathy and urgency in problem-solving for patients
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple systems effectively
