Bilingual Outbound Call Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Outbound Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Place 100-150 outbound calls per shift to remind patients to return their screening kits
• Educate callers on the benefits of early detection and assist with barriers to returning kits
• Use a consultative approach to provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced outbound call center environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Proven job stability with no history of job-hopping
