To support patient outreach and enrollment, the remote Spanish-speaking Bilingual Outreach Coordinator will connect with patients by phone, educate them on program benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process while balancing sales skills with compassionate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with patients on the Medsien platform and communicate program benefits with clarity and empathy
• Guide patients step-by-step through the enrollment process while managing a patient call pipeline
• Accurately document all interactions and collaborate with the clinical operations team to ensure smooth patient transitions into care programs

Required qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence
• Ability to balance sales performance with empathy and patient care
• Motivated by goals and comfortable in a high-call-volume sales environment
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote setting
