Bilingual Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting member outreach and enrollment operations, the full-time Bilingual Outreach Coordinator (Spanish) will engage with prospective members through structured follow-ups, screen for eligibility, and facilitate enrollment into care navigation services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing outreach to engage individuals who have signed up for services, following up within service level agreements
• Deliver script-based outreach calls, adapting tone and approach based on the context and needs of each lead
• Document outreach activities and enrollment status accurately in the organization's electronic health record (EHR) and internal tracking tools

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of experience in outreach, care coordination, call center, sales, enrollment, or member/patient engagement roles, preferably in healthcare
• Comfortable working from a call script while adapting communication style as needed
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a reliable approach to logging outreach activities and follow-ups
• Passionate about maternal health and committed to helping individuals access care and address equity gaps
