Bilingual Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Outreach Specialist in Healthcare Customer Service, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide detailed information about eligibility services and conduct eligibility screenings
• Interview patients/members to gather personal information for determining eligibility for various programs
• Initiate procedures to refer patients/members to other agencies for assistance as appropriate

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred; fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
• 1+ years in a call center environment, including inbound and outbound calls
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in healthcare or government benefits or agencies is a plus
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
