Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time hourly Bilingual Participant Services Representative will provide exceptional customer service to 401(k) participants through phone, email, and chat interactions, while working remotely from specified states.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding 401(k) plan details, investment options, and account access
- Guide participants through online account registration and troubleshoot login issues
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and resolve participant issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or retirement plans
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in finance or business is a plus
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and Spanish
- Understanding of retirement plan concepts is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
